WHAT DOES #CIPRO² STAND FOR?
The name #cipro² is made up of "continous improvement process at PROTAKT". Both the name and the program itself were the brainchild of our CEO Dr. Sven Odermatt.


WHAT DOES #CIPRO² DO?
This is what we call our continuous improvement program at PROTAKT, which we use to continuously adapt and optimize our internal processes to changing conditions.
The aim of this programme is to optimize organizational structures in order to increase our satisfaction as employees. Through our suggestions, we always have the opportunity to drive #cipro² forward ourselves. The internal program is managed by a steering committee, a contact team and various solution teams.
For example, we have set up a solution team to further improve our team cohesion. This allows us to strengthen the team spirit even among departments that have less to do with each other in their day-to-day work. Two other solution teams are working on improving the onboarding of new employees. In order to carry out specific and tailored planning, we have subdivided this process and set up a team for the induction of new professionals as well as one for the onboarding of new trainees and students.
By dividing the process into small sections, we ensure that all current topics can be optimized in the best possible way. The selection of topics and solution teams is constantly changing - depending on the challenges we want to tackle together as a team.
With the help of the program, we want to create transparent communication within the company and thus ensure a pleasant working atmosphere. A continuous feedback loop forms an important basis for this transparent communication. This means that employees who have communicated their own issue to #cipro² receive feedback on what is happening with the problem or suggestion they have described.
