In the first project phase, we work with you to develop a proof of concept. This is accompanied by the formation of project teams on both sides, which are informed transparently about the project objectives and project methodology in a kick-off meeting.
Analysis - Requirements - Customization: Our overview workshops
We start the analysis phase with overview workshops. We get to know your "as-is" processes and identify weak points and optimization potential in your processes. On this basis, we define "to-be" processes for your new ERP solution.
We first check to what extent your requirements can be met with the Microsoft Business Central standard. This reduces the complexity of the planned project, the risk of subsequent errors and the faster implementation saves you as a corporate customer considerable costs. If the standard is not sufficient for your required functionalities, we can extend it with add-ons and thus ensure that the application is precisely tailored to your company's internal processes. For special and company-specific functionalities that cannot be mapped by the add-ons, we make personalized adjustments to your Business Central solution.
Based on the concept created in the overview workshops, you decide on the implementation of your project. Together, we work out the framework conditions that we need to manage the project and then record these in a contract.

Our way of working follows the agile project structure. Together, we successively integrate the existing processes of all relevant functional areas.
We also work with Accepted Test Driven Development. This means that the criteria that the partial solution must fulfill are defined with the process and can be checked using automated tests.

Implementation takes place in cycles: In an iterative process, we start with an in-depth analysis phase and divide the areas into different requirements packages. The respective contents of the requirements packages are defined and prototypically developed in parallel. We involve the users of your specialist departments very early and comprehensively in the implementation of your functional modules. We usually conclude these phases with a user acceptance test. We test the previously defined criteria of the developed partial solution together with you and you give us your final feedback. Your Business Central solution is "ready for going live" once we have successfully completed this process for all functional areas. We train your users before your system goes live so that they are already familiar with using the solution.
You can count on us - even after implementation!
Our many years of experience have shown that in the initial period following the introduction of your new system, increased support from us as your ERP partner is a target-oriented approach. Once your system has gone live, you have the option of contractually agreeing hypercare support. During this phase, a team will be available to you at agreed support times.
Even after the hypercare phase, we remain at your side as an experienced ERP partner. We will always keep your system up to date, implement additional functionalities if required and optimize your existing processes in day-to-day application operation. Project idea
The project idea is developed either in your company or together with us. In this first phase, you define the joint project goals with us.
Proof of concept
In a project kick-off with both project teams, we communicate the project goals and project methodology transparently. As part of the overview workshops, we analyze your company processes at a higher level and create a rough concept. We derive a realistic schedule and project budget from the results of the workshops.
Project decision
Based on the proof of concept, you decide on the realization of the project. We define the strategic cornerstones of the project together and agree these contractually.
Project phase
In the agile project structure, we work together to develop the processes of all relevant functional areas. Implementation takes place in cycles (analysis - definition - development). In development, we pursue a prototypical approach in which we fully involve your users through user acceptance tests. Your Business Central solution is "ready for going live" once we have successfully completed this process for all functional areas and we have trained your users.
