We conclude individual service level agreements (SLAs) with you. These agreements are tailored to your needs and, depending on the package, you will receive a customized classification of your support requests into different error classes. This ensures that your incoming requests are processed within an agreed response time.
Our team is available for your support cases at the times specified above. We usually resolve your support issues by video call, telephone or email. Of course, we can also help you on site if necessary.
